The Candlewood Amateur Radio Association CARA sponsors various weekly on the air activities as well as many operating activities during the calendar year. Weekly on the air gatherings include operation using both FM and SSB modes on the VHF and HF bands. Club members provide net control. 

Regular activation of your home and/or mobile station provides real-time testing of your station equipment and antenna.
